Yes. Merging, splitting, compressing, converting and resizing are free and unlimited for everyone, forever — they run in your browser, so they cost us nothing to give away. Without an account you also get 1 AI background removal a day; a free account raises that to 2 a day and 30 a month.

There is no separate trial, because the free account is the trial and it does not expire. Paid plans start billing at checkout and are covered by the 30-day refund policy instead.

One thing: the background remover. Both plans include every PDF, chat and AI allowance and remove ads everywhere. Plus gives you 10 background removals a day and 200 a month. Pro gives you 500 a month with no daily cap and adds bulk removal, which is what you want if a catalogue or a batch of listings lands in one afternoon.

The upload is refused with a message telling you how many removals you have left and when the count resets. Nothing is charged automatically and there are no overage fees — you either wait for the reset or move up a plan.

One image is one removal, so a batch of 20 spends 20 from the same monthly allowance. A batch that does not fit in what you have left is refused whole, and the message tells you how many would fit — we would rather refuse 20 than process 3 and let you find the gap when you open the ZIP.

Yes, from Manage subscription in your account. Cancelling schedules the plan to stop at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep every paid feature until that date, and you are not billed again.

Yes. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. Email refunds@qikkstools.com or use the contact form with your account email, and requests are processed within two to three business days. Paid access ends when the refund is issued.

Yes. Moving up a plan is done from this page. Moving down or cancelling is done in Manage subscription, so the change is applied to the subscription you already have rather than opening a second one alongside it.

Checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle takes card payments and the wallets it supports in your country, issues the invoice, and adds any VAT or sales tax your country requires. Prices on this page are in US dollars and exclude tax.

Uploads and results for the background remover are deleted ten minutes after processing by a job that runs every five minutes. Documents you chat with are kept for one day signed out, seven days on a free account, and until you delete them on a paid plan. The browser tools never upload your file at all.

Yes, on every tool and every page, from the moment the subscription starts. That applies to Plus as well as Pro.
