The SI base unit of mass, defined since 2019 as fixed to the Planck constant. Used for everything from body weight to scientific measurement.
gram g
A thousandth of a kilogram, the everyday metric unit for food, medicine and small measurements.
milligram mg
A millionth of a kilogram, used for medicine dosages, vitamin content and chemical precision.
microgram µg
A billionth of a kilogram, used in pharmacology and nutrition for trace nutrient and vitamin doses.
tonne t
A thousand kilograms, also called a metric ton. Used for industrial materials, vehicles and shipping worldwide.

About 64.8 milligrams, a unit from the pre-metric era. Still used for ammunition, archery and pharmacology.
troy ounce ozt
About 31.1 grams, the precious metals ounce. Heavier than the ordinary avoirdupois ounce, used for gold, silver and gems.
troy pound lbt
12 troy ounces or about 373 grams. Used for precious metals and gems in bulk.
pennyweight dwt
24 grains or about 1.55 grams, a unit from coinage. Still used for precious metals and gems.
